PROTOCOL
A new patient begins with the TrichoCyte® Booster Activation Kit. It contains all that is needed for the 12-week initial treatment. The patient is required to come to the clinic for a TrichoCyte® Booster treatment with CryoTouch® MD for 12 weeks while using the at home serum and oral tablets daily. This regimen will jump start hair restoration.
Following the first 12 weeks of activation, the patient enters the maintenance phase. They should continue to use the TrichoCyte at-home serum and tablets. Periodically (suggested monthly) they can come to the clinic for focused spot and booster treatments using CryoTouch with the TrichoCyte Booster Maintenance cartridges.
A recent clinical study has shown that the protocol will produce results 3-4 times faster than TrichoCyte® alone. In the study, results were seen in as little as six treatments.
TrichoCyte® is a naturally based formula containing nano-encapsulated, botanically-derived ingredients shown to address the progression of pattern hair loss. CryoTouch® MD, a topical carboxy device, delivers the TrichoCyte® formula to the scalp during office visits to expedite the hair restoration process. Our kits also include a dual oral & topical component for daily use at home as part of the regimen.
Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA) affects more than 95% of those experiencing hair loss. Those seeking treatment for hair loss are likely to be good candidates for treatment with CryoTouch® MD + TrichoCyte® regimen.
Yes, both men and women diagnosed with AGA are advised to follow the standard treatment protocol.
There are no known side effects, however some may experience a dry scalp during the first weeks of product home use.
No more than 15 minutes. The treatment using TCD takes about 5 minutes followed by a light massage of the product into the scalp. For longer hair, extra time may be needed.
At this time, the combination of trichocyte with other modalities has not been evaluated or tested.
